Returns & Refunds
At Daeskin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy for eligible products, starting from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused & Unworn: The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Tags & Packaging Intact: The item must be unopened, with all seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Documentation: Any manuals, warranty cards, or original documents included must be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective/Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, Daeskin will cover the return shipping costs.
- For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@daeskin.com.au. Our team will review your request and provide the specific return address instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds & Processing
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Skincare & Beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete the return process for the unwanted item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.
