Request a Return
At Daeskin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy for eligible products, starting from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return
To ensure your item qualifies for a return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Unused & Unworn: The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Tags & Packaging Intact: Must be unopened, with seals intact (if applicable).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Accompanying Documentation: Manuals, warranty cards, and other documents must be included, where applicable.
Items Not Accepted for Return
We cannot accept returns for items in the following conditions:
- Damaged or Used: Products that are damaged, missing parts, or are in unsellable condition due to customer misuse, negligence, or tampering.
- Altered or Resized: Items that have been altered or resized after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@daeskin.com.au. We will review your request and provide return instructions, along with the return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@daeskin.com.au. We will work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Skincare and Beauty Products: Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process. After we process your return, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
