1. What is Daeskin?

Daeskin is your trusted online destination for authentic Korean skincare products. We directly source our products from South Korea to offer you the best in K-beauty skincare. Whether you're new to Korean beauty or a seasoned skincare enthusiast, we have a wide range of products to suit your needs.

2. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Daeskin ships internationally! We offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We are constantly expanding and will soon offer shipping to additional countries. Stay tuned for updates on new shipping locations!

3. How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

We provide three reliable shipping options, each with varying delivery speeds:

  • Economy Shipping: 7-14 days (No insurance, no signature required)
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 days (Includes insurance, signature required)
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 days (Includes insurance, signature required)

Please note that orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays) before they are shipped.

4. Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are based on your order's weight and the shipping method you select. To estimate your shipping fees, simply add items to your cart, and you’ll see the costs before checkout.

5. Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

6. Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once the order has been shipped. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

7. What is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with tags and packaging intact. Some items, such as opened skincare products and sale items, are non-returnable. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. What If My Item is Damaged or Incorrect?

We’re sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at contact@daeskin.com.au with your order details, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

9. Are All Your Products Authentic?

Yes, all of our products are authentic Korean skincare products. We source them directly from South Korea to ensure you’re receiving the highest quality K-beauty products that meet your skincare needs.

10. Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

11. Do You Charge Import Taxes or Customs Duties?

All Daeskin orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing an order.
